From Vedic time, the Neem tree is considered wonder tree. In Ayurveda text, it is called “Sarv Rog Nivaran”.Neem is a known anti-oxidant. Its anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties protects the skin against bacteria that cause acne-pimple breakouts. It is known to be rich in quercetin, a bio flavonoid, which helps in recovering skin from acne-pimple inflammation and scars. Neem also has natural salicylic acid, which prevents further breakouts. It is also a natural astringent and helps in balancing oil production. As a nonabrasive exfoliant, Neem helps in unclogging the pores, and control re-occurrence of black heads and acne-pimples. It also has complexion clarifying properties, when used regularly it assists in lightening acne-pimple spots and gives you clearer, cleaner and smoother skin.
